Welcome to the Willow Lake Association
Willow Lake, Zanesville, is a community project caring for and protecting our neighborhood resource. Members have full access to the lake, its properties, and its fishing. Our goal is to bring the neighborhood together and promote healthy active lifestyles.
The parkland is maintained through your membership dues. They pay for property taxes, insurance and maintenance.
In return we get the beauty, wildlife, and natural spaces that feed our souls and add to our property values.
Willow Lake is not public property. Only paid members and their guests are able to take advantage of our scenic neighborhood wonder.
Currently we are saving for replacement of the failing dam and dredging of the lake bottom. In that light I would like to personally thank those in the neighborhood who voluntarily mow the grass, take out falling trees, and other maintenance activities. This gets us to our dam replacement goals that much earlier.
Online Dues Payment
Securely submit your homeowner association dues online for the Willow Lake Association.
Payment is $100 due annually by 30 July. Your dues go towards property taxes, insurance and maintenance. We are currently trying to save up to have the dam replaced.
Willow Lake Association is a non-profit.
